The TV studio: instructions for your digital events

Faced with the multiplication of remote corporate events, the TV studio is emerging as the practical alternative to face-to-face. No need to rent a conference room for a hundred people when your audience can follow the event from their office or home. By combining technical quality and flexibility of use, the format offers the freedom to create varied content, from corporate shows to round tables and interviews.

At Mogador Studios, we provide you with three equipped spaces in the heart of Paris for your digital events. For example, our TV set, equipped with a 6m² digital wall, offers all the tools necessary for professional broadcasting: control room, lighting, sound and multi-camera recording.

The TV set : our technical expertise at your service

Communication methods are changing. Teams are scattered geographically and time is becoming a valuable resource. Our TV studio in Paris responds precisely to these new challenges. No need to manage the complex logistics of a physical event: our team takes care of everything!

Located in the heart of Paris, our TV set Main can welcome up to 8 speakers in a modular setting according to your needs. The space adapts to all formats: conferences, corporate shows, interviews or round tables. Our technical configuration naturally integrates videoconferencing tools such as Teams or Zoom, making it possible to mix speakers on set and remote participants.

For your guests, the experience is simplified. They follow the event live from their station, interact via chat and can review the content in replay. Our technical team manages the delivery while you focus on what matters most: your message.

The equipment of our TV studios in Paris

Our TV set is based on three essential technical pillars:

  • A multi-camera capture system: 3 PTZ cameras for a dynamic realization of your events. Our 6m² digital wall allows you to display your visual supports or to integrate your speakers remotely.
  • A professional sound environment: lavalier microphones for each speaker, acoustic treatment of the tray and mixing table for impeccable audio quality.
  • Appropriate studio lighting: our lighting configuration enhances your speakers while ensuring optimal image rendering.

Our management centralizes all these elements. The technical team mixes the various sources live: cameras, presentations, external and duplex videos. Our directors can switch instantly from one shot to another, integrate your graphic elements and manage the transitions between participants.

Our Studio TV webcast also has a secure and redundant internet connection, guaranteeing a stable broadcast of your event, whether on a dedicated platform or via Teams, Zoom and other streaming solutions.

Formats that work in Studio TV webcast

  • The corporate program in TV format: particularly suitable for strategic announcements and product launches. An animator leads the exchanges with several guests, while the production alternates between plans to maintain visual dynamism. Viewers can interact via chat during the broadcast.
  • The live digital conference: ideal for presentations with a large audience such as briefings or training sessions. The main speaker benefits from a professional environment with a wall of screens for his supports, while the participants follow up remotely and ask their questions in real time.
  • The interview on TV set: allows authentic exchanges thanks to an intimate configuration. Two or three people interact in a careful setting, with an execution that alternates large and tight shots. This format is suitable for customer testimonials, employee portraits, or business discussions.
  • The hybrid roundtable: brings together experts on site and remotely around a theme. The speakers on the set naturally discuss while others participate in videoconferencing. The production mixes the various video sources to create a fluid discussion despite the distance.
  • The corporate talk show: uses the codes of television shows with several rhythmic sequences. A presenter leads various sections: reports, interviews, product demonstrations. The dynamic format maintains viewers' attention over time.

How is an event organized in TV set at Mogador Studios?

At Mogador Studios, technical preparation starts well before D-Day. A scoping meeting makes it possible to define specific needs: number of speakers, visual supports, estimated duration. Our film studio in Paris then adapts its configuration: camera layout, microphone settings, preparation of graphic elements.

D-Day, the schedule is organized in three stages:

  • The installation: aArrival of the speakers 1 hour before for the final adjustments. Microphone tests and sound feedback, validation of presentation materials, briefing on the process. A change in makeup ensures an optimal image.
  • Dissemination: The live stream starts at the scheduled time. In control, the technical team manages the production while the set manager coordinates the various sequences. Stakeholders focus on their content without worrying about the technique.
  • The fence: after the broadcast, quick debriefing with the speakers. The technical team prepares the rushes and possibly an edited version. The files are quickly available for the replay to be put online.

Technical support remains present at each stage. From the director who manages the logistical aspects to the director who orchestrates the recording, each participant benefits from professional support.
