Mogador Studios values work flexibility as a key element of our CSR policy. We recognize the importance of a healthy balance between work and personal life. As such, we offer each of our employees executive status, teleworking, flexible hours and RTTs in accordance with the requirements of their projects.

Pay equity is at the heart of our CSR commitment. We ensure fair remuneration for all, regardless of gender or ethnicity, ensuring that for equivalent positions and experiences, the remuneration is the same.

We place continuing education at the heart of our skills development strategy. By offering a comprehensive training plan to our employees, we thus promote the continuous development of their professional and personal skills.

Our 1:1 mentoring program offers each employee monthly sessions with a mentor manager to discuss professional and personal challenges. Technical and organizational references are also available for each employee, to help them improve their skills.

Mogador Studios actively promotes the right to disconnect for the well-being of our team. We are putting in place tools and policies to allow for effective disconnection outside of office hours, supported by the use of modern technology.

We are committed to creating an accessible and inclusive work environment for everyone. Our offices are designed to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility and all our IT equipment is adapted for visual disabilities.

The health and safety of our team should be top priorities. Mogador Studios confirms this commitment by providing each of its employees with quality health insurance for our employees, partially covered by the company.
We also ensure workplace safety with personal protective equipment for all our technical employees, with support from regular training.
